I haven't tried it, but there is FireGPG
(http://firegpg.tuxfamily.org/).  From the web site:

FireGPG is a Firefox extension under GPL which brings an interface to
encrypt, decrypt, sign or verify the signature of a text in any web
page using GnuPG.
It will support some webmails. Right now, only GMail1 is supported
(some useful buttons are added in the interface of this webmail!).
